Job Summary:
You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting members with financial products and services such as savings, checking, loans, and credit cards. This position is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for assisting members to achieve financial security.
Responsibilities (include, but not limited to):
- Assist members with account inquiries, transactions, loans, and problem resolution
- Promote and cross-sell products and services to meet member needs
- Back-office processing of financial activity and reports
- Perform basic math calculations to accurately handle cash transactions
- Maintain knowledge of credit union policies, procedures, and regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service in all interactions
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service, cash handling roles, and loan processing desired
- Knowledge of financial services and products is a plus
- Familiarity with basic math concepts and ability to perform debits and credits accurately
Experience level: 1+ years
Education: High school or equivalent
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions
- Proficient computer skills for data entry and navigating banking systems
